Publish Now
Sometimes you want a post to go live right away. The Publish Now button sends your post to your website immediately — no waiting, no scheduling.
When to Use Publish Now
Publish Now is ideal for:
- Timely content – A blog post about a recent event, season, or trend
- Testing – Checking how a post looks on your live site
- Quick updates – Small announcements or news
- Catching up – If you're behind on your schedule and want to publish right away
How to Publish Now
- Open the post in the editor (from Drafts or In Review)
- Review the content and make any final edits
- Click Publish Now
- Confirm the action
The post goes to your website within minutes.
Publishing is immediate — there's no undo button. Make sure you're happy with the post before clicking Publish Now. You can still edit the post after it's published, but it will be live on your site.
What Happens When You Click Publish
- We send the post to your connected website
- Your website processes the post and creates a new entry
- The post goes live (typically within 1–5 minutes)
- You receive a confirmation notification
- The post appears in your Published section

Publishing to Multiple Sites
If you have multiple websites connected to your account, you can choose which site to publish to:
- Open the post
- Click Publish Now
- Select the destination site from the dropdown
- Confirm
To publish the same content to multiple sites, you'll need to publish separately to each site. Consider creating site-specific versions with tailored content for best results.
Troubleshooting Instant Publishing
If "Publish Now" doesn't work:

| "Publishing failed" | Site connection issue | Check your website connection in Settings |
| "Timeout" | Your site is slow to respond | Wait a few minutes, then try again |
| "Formatting error" | Content issue | Try removing recently added formatting and retry |

If problems persist, the post is saved in your drafts with all your edits preserved. Contact support if you need help.
Post-Publish Edits
Even after immediate publishing, you can:
- Edit the post – Changes will update the live version on your site
- Update the featured image – Upload a new one
- Change SEO metadata – Meta title and description can be updated
Simply open the published post from your Published section and make your changes.
