Generating Posts

Once you've approved topics, our AI gets to work writing full blog posts. Here's everything you need to know about how posts are created and what you can expect.

The Writing Process

When a topic moves to the writing queue:

  1. Research – The AI gathers context about your topic, target keywords, and business
  2. Outline – A post structure is created with an engaging headline, subheadings, and flow
  3. Drafting – The AI writes the full post according to your content preferences (tone, length, style)
  4. SEO optimization – Keywords are naturally woven into the content
  5. Review – The post is checked for quality and consistency
  6. Ready for you – The draft appears in your dashboard

Most posts move from approved topic to completed draft within 24–48 hours. Complex or highly specific topics may take a bit longer.
