Editing Posts

While our AI does the heavy lifting, you have full control to tweak, polish, and personalize every post before it goes live. The built-in editor makes this easy — no technical skills required.

Opening the Editor

  1. Go to Content → Drafts in your dashboard
  2. Click on any post to open it
  3. The post opens in our editor with the full content displayed

What You Can Edit

The editor gives you control over every part of the post:

Title and Headline

Click the title to edit it. We'll keep the original as a suggestion in case you want to revert.

Tips for great headlines:

Body Content

Edit the body text directly in the editor. It works like a standard word processor:

Don't feel like you need to rewrite everything. Even small personal touches — like adding a specific client story or mentioning a recent shoot — make the post uniquely yours.

SEO Settings

Below the main editor, you'll find SEO fields:

Saving Your Changes

The editor auto-saves your changes every few seconds. You can also manually save by clicking the Save Draft button. You'll see a confirmation when your changes are saved.

Requesting Revisions

If a post needs more than minor edits, you can request a full revision:

  1. Click Request Revision
  2. Tell the AI what you'd like changed (e.g., "Make this more focused on outdoor portraits" or "Shorten to 400 words")
  3. Submit the request
  4. A revised version appears within 24 hours

Your original draft is preserved — you can always go back to it.

Comparing Versions

If you've made several edits and want to see how the post has changed:

  1. Click the History button in the editor toolbar
  2. Browse through saved versions
  3. Click any version to see a diff (what changed)
  4. Restore a previous version if needed

Collaborating with Team Members

On Growth and Studio plans, team members with editor permissions can also edit posts. Changes are tracked by user.
