Generating Topics
Before we write a single word, we start with topic ideas. Our AI analyzes your content preferences, your photography niche, current SEO trends, and what your ideal clients are searching for to suggest topics tailored to your business.
How Topic Generation Works
Each topic generation session works like this:
- AI scans your preferences – Your niche, location, target keywords, and topics
- SEO research – We check what potential clients are searching for in your area
- Topic creation – The AI generates a list of topic candidates
- You review – Topics appear in your dashboard for you to approve or reject
The Topic List
When topics are ready, you'll see a list in your dashboard's Content → Topics section. Each topic includes:

| Brief description | 2–3 sentences about what the post will cover |
| Target keywords | SEO terms the post will optimize for |
| Estimated word count | How long the post will be |
| Suggested category | Where the post fits in your blog's structure |
Approving and Rejecting Topics
You have three options for each topic:
- Approve – Green light. We'll write the full post.
- Reject – We'll remove it and suggest something different next time.
- Customize – Edit the topic title, description, or keywords before approving.
If a topic is close but not quite right, use the Customize option instead of rejecting it. Tweaking the description or angle takes just a moment and ensures you get content you love.
Requesting Specific Topics
Don't wait for our suggestions — you can request topics anytime:
- Go to Content → Topics
- Click Request Topic
- Enter your idea (e.g., "10 engagement photo locations in Austin")
- Add any specific points you want covered
- Submit
The AI will generate a post based on your request within 1–2 days.
Batch Approvals
Have a lot of topics to get through? Use batch mode:
- Check the box next to each topic you want to approve
- Click Approve Selected at the top of the list
- All approved topics move to the writing queue
How Many Topics Do You Get?
The number of topics generated per session depends on your plan:

| Solo | Up to 8 |
| Growth | Up to 20 |
| Studio | Up to 50 |
You can request a new batch of topics anytime, even if you still have pending topics from the last session.
Understanding SEO in Topics
Each topic includes target keywords — these are search terms that potential clients use on Google. For example, if you're a wedding photographer in Denver, the AI might suggest topics targeting keywords like:
- "Denver wedding photographer tips"
- "Colorado engagement photo locations"
- "How to choose a wedding photographer in Denver"

What Happens Next
