Your account settings let you manage your profile, team members, and security preferences.
Profile Settings
Updating Your Name & Email
Navigate to Settings → Account → Profile in your dashboard.
Edit your name or email address.
Click Save Changes.
If you change your email address, we'll send a verification link to the new address. Your account features remain active while you verify.
Profile Photo
Add a personal touch to your account:
Go to Settings → Account → Profile.
Click the profile photo placeholder and upload an image (square format, at least 200×200px).
Adjust the crop and click Save.
Notification Preferences
Control which updates and alerts reach your inbox:
Published Posts
Default: On — Receive a notification whenever a blog post goes live on your site.
Draft Reminders
Default: On — Get notified when a new AI draft is ready for review.
Billing & Security
Default: Always On — Critical alerts regarding receipts and payment failures.
Weekly Summary
Default: Off — Digest recap showing monthly content activity and performance.
We recommend keeping Weekly Summaries enabled to stay updated on your blog performance without needing daily logins.
To update your alerts, navigate to Settings → Account → Notifications. Toggles save automatically.
Team Management
(Available on Growth & Studio Plans)
Invite team members to assist with content creation and editing.

Adding Team Members
Go to Settings → Account → Team.
Click Add Member and enter their email address.
Assign their role (Editor or Viewer) and select Send Invitation.
Security & Connected Accounts
Two-Factor Auth (2FA)
Enable 2FA via Settings → Account → Security using apps like Google Authenticator or Authy.
Google Sign-In
Link your Google Account via Settings → Account → Connected Accounts for one-click access.
Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent. All unpublished drafts, preferences, and data will be lost. Published posts on your website will remain intact.
To permanently close your account, head to Settings → Account → Danger Zone, select Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm.
