Getting started — Help Center

The dashboard home

A quick tour of the Dashboard — what each part does, and where to click first.

2 min read

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. Everything in The Photographers' Blogger starts here, so a two-minute tour pays for itself.

The sidebar

Seven sections live in the sidebar on the left:

SectionWhat you'll find there
DashboardThis home view — your month at a glance.
Create PostStart a new post, from topic ideas to a finished draft.
Content PipelineEvery post you have — drafts, scheduled, published, failed.
CalendarYour publishing month, day by day.
ConnectionsThe link between TPB and your website.
PreferencesYour profile, account details, and content settings.
BillingYour plan, payment details, and receipts.

At the top of the page

Two buttons sit at the top of the Dashboard:

  • New Post — starts a new post. It also shows how many posts you have remaining this month.
  • View Calendar — jumps straight to your publishing calendar.

Content This Month

This card shows a big number of posts remaining, a progress bar, and X of Y posts used. If the number looks tight, that's your cue to visit Billing — or your cue to smile, because your blog is busy.

Tip

The fastest way to reach support is the help widget — the small beacon in the bottom corner of the dashboard. Ask us anything; a real person reads it.
