My post failed to publish.

Usually a website connection problem. Open Connections, click Test Connection, and fix your credentials if needed. Then open the Content Pipeline and use Schedule on the post again.

A scheduled post didn't publish at the exact minute.

Posts publish on their own schedule — shortly around the scheduled time. Give it a few minutes; it's rarely late by more than that.

I can't find the sign-in email.

Check your spam and promotions folders first — the sender is The Photographers' Blogger. Still nothing? Go back to the login page and request a new link.

My sign-in link expired.

Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes and work once. Request a new one from the login page — nothing breaks, nothing is lost.

Can I edit a post after it's published?

Not in TPB — published posts are read-only here. Edit the post directly on your website; the View action in the pipeline opens the live post so you can find it fast.

What happens when I hit my monthly post limit?

You can keep editing and rescheduling everything you already have — you just can't start new posts until your next billing period. Or upgrade your plan in Billing (Change Plan). Regenerating an existing post never uses a credit.

My meta description counter is red.

Your meta description is outside the ideal length. Aim for 150–160 characters — long enough to say something useful, short enough that search engines show it all.

How many websites can I connect?

Solo and Growth allow 1 connected site. Studio allows up to 3, and extra site slots cost $19/mo each.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. Within that window, everything is waiting if you return.

Do WordPress and ShowIt publish directly?

Yes — WordPress and ShowIt publish straight to your site, no copy-pasting. Squarespace is the one exception: content arrives by email, ready to paste into your Squarespace blog editor.

The topic ideas don't match my business.

Check your content preferences — business type, tone, and dialect shape every suggestion. Update anything that's off, click Save Preferences, then use Regenerate for a fresh batch.

My website connection stopped working.

Open Connections and click Test Connection. If the test fails, fix your website login credentials and test again. Your drafts and scheduled posts are safe while you sort it out.

I didn't receive the email with my Squarespace post.

Check your spam and promotions folders first, and add our address to your contacts so future posts land in your inbox. If it never arrives, the beacon in the bottom corner of the dashboard is the fastest way to reach us.

Can I use my own photos?

Yes — every post has room for them. Upload your own in the editor, or fill the [Image: add your photo here] placeholders with your work. See Editing a post.

Do I have to review every post before it goes live?

That's up to you. With Auto-Publish on, approved posts publish themselves. With it off, posts wait as drafts until you schedule them.

How do I reach a real person?
